apkzk6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, apkzk6 may withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to the Member via their original deposit method within 14 business days. If wrongdoing is established, apkzk6 reserves the right to retain the full balance as partial recovery of damages.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours, and any remaining real-money balance will be disbursed following successful KYC verification.
